File a claim
Dear Insured — we're sorry to hear you've experienced a loss. Wedding and event planning is stressful enough, and the last thing we want is for you to worry about a complicated claims process. We're here to help and resolve this for you as quickly and easily as we can.
Both liability and cancellation & postponement claims are handled by your insurance provider, Houston Casualty Company (a Tokio Marine HCC company). If you have any questions, email claims@ewedinsurance.com.
Important note. Insurers, their agents, and insurance associations share information with each other to prevent fraudulent claims and for underwriting purposes. In the event of a claim, some or all of the information you supply relating to the claim may be provided to other insurers, their agents, and insurance associations.
Fraud warning. Any person who knowingly and with intent to defraud any insurance company or other person files an application for insurance or statement of claim containing any materially false information, or conceals for the purpose of misleading information concerning any fact material thereto, commits a fraudulent insurance act, which is a crime and subjects such person to criminal and civil penalties.
